On Sunday the 3rd of April 2016, Pamela and Pete Smith hosted 20 people at an interactive DOVeS cooking class in their Kew home. The theme was 'Burgerlicious'.
We learned how to make delicious vegan burgers and sausages, using nutritious, wholefood ingredients. These included Beet Burgers, Glamorgan Sausages, Chickpea Cutlets, and Falafel. Once the mains were cooked we all enjoyed eating them with some fabulous vegan salads, and new potatoes. Then after all that, we were treated to some awesome vegan cake!
Thanks go out to Pamela and Pete for hosting yet another amazing cooking class. As always, it was great to expand our repertoire of vegan dishes, and to experience the sheer pleasure of all the amazing food on offer.
